Welcome, my love

I am so proud of you, for gifting yourself this time and space.

This journey right here is an invitation to reconnect with your body's natural rhythm and meet yourself exactly where you are at today.

Just as the ocean moves through rising and falling tides, we too flow through seasons of expansion and retreat, expression and rest, movement and stillness.

Through yoga, meditation and reflection we’ll explore these natural cycles within ourselves, learning to trust their wisdom rather than resisting their change.

I truly hope that this journey helps you remember that every phase has its purpose and that your unique rhythms is worthy of being honoured exactly as it is.

With love,
Lynn

Before we begin

Inside Inner Tides you’ll find …

55-minute Somatic Full Body Yoga Practice

25-minute Guided Somatic Meditation

Reflection & Journaling Prompts

I warmly invite you to first have a look at the following content before continuing to the yoga flow and guided meditation.

Timing

There is no one right way to move through this experience.

You may choose to enjoy it as a mini self-guided retreat, setting aside about two hours to move through each element in one go. Or you may choose to explore it slowly over several days, allowing each practice to unfold in its own time.

Trust the pace that feels supportive for you right now.

Meditation

Some people naturally visualise vividly during meditation, while others experience it more through sensations, emotions or simply a felt sense.

So if the visualisation doesn't appear clearly for you, that’s totally fine.

Trust whatever arises naturally.

Journaling

The reflection questions and journaling prompts are gentle invitations rather than homework that needs to be solved.

Some may resonate deeply. Others may not.

If a question doesn't spark anything for you, it is perfectly okay to leave it unanswered and move on.

Opening Reflection

I invite you to take a few moments to check in with yourself first.
You can grab your journal to answer the following questions or simply reflect on them in your head.

What has my body been feeling like lately?

What season of life am I currently moving through?

What intention would I like to carry into this journey?

Somatic Yoga Flow

From here, whenever you feel ready, you may move into the yoga practice and guided meditation.

Afterwards, you are warmly invited to return here and explore the reflections below.

Enjoy, my love.

Integration

Take a few moments to reflect on your experience.
Again, you can either answer the following questions in your head or grab your journal.

What feels present for me in this moment?

What is my current inner tide teaching me?

How can I honor my inner tide more fully in this moment?

Thank you for spending this time with yourself

… and for allowing your inner rhythm to guide you through this journey.

I hope it offered a gentle reminder that every season within you is welcome. The moments of expansion and contraction, expression and stillness, ebb and flow.

Know you are safe to trust the pace of your unfolding and honour the unique wisdom of your own tides.
